My roommate got the Turbo Jam 20 Minute Workout and Ab Jam videos. In total 5 videos are offered. It comes with a chart/planner as to which video you're supposed to do and how often to do it. First few months, you work on certain videos and later months you do the Elite Learn and Burn video which is harder. This is a fine video for anyone looking to lose a few pounds, I'd say upto 100 to 150lbs overweight. After that, the moves are kind of hard to do. When doing these videos it's important to put contract your muscles and use the strength where they ask you to, in other words do the moves properly to get results. There are enough different moves so you don't get bored. I'd say motivation could be a little more but the videos are high energy and upbeat. There is even cooling down periods in between for a minute or two. It'll get you off you rear end and moving and works great. Follow the plan and do the moves properly and you'll lose weight. My roommate has lost pant sizes and I noticed a difference in the stomach area.
