Instantly Slimming Jeans ~ Yes !
I love my new jeans! I really think they have come out with something great this time. These are Lee jeans with a secret. The secret is that they have some slimming pockets on the front to hold in your tummy.
I put these on at Kohl's and I was very impressed. The front of the jeans lay flat on my tummy. I like a flat front pant because any pleats just add bulk. These inside pockets have a panel that holds you in. Now, they aren't going to perform miracles and make you have a flat tummy, but they will give you some added confidence. I also like the way the buttons close off to one side. It always amazes me that they put buttons or bulky closures right on the middle of the belly area where it sticks out the most.
I love the back of the jeans too. The flap pockets are very flattering to any body type. These jeans sit just below the waist which makes the belly area look just that much better. If you have a high waisted pant and a belly...you end up looking like you are wearing "mom jeans".
The material is stretchy, which I think was a great feature to add to jeans. I hate stiff and scratchy jeans. These are soft and comfy! They give you a long lean look which is greatly appreciated by me, since I am only 5' 5" tall! The waistband is what they call a "no gap" waistband. So you can feel confident when you sit down that you aren't going to be sporting a plummer's look! They fit my waist perfectly. I usually have to wear a belt with my jeans which also adds bulk to the belly area. But with these new Lee jeans...no belt is needed! Yippee! I have a flatter silhouette now and my hubby said I look fantastic in my new jeans!

Hahaha. Looks like something my mom would bounce on. She's always insecure about her tummy and stuff. Hahaha, we just got a Kohl's in over here, so I'll have to tell her to look for some. :D
I'll have to check these out. I'm picky about how my jeans fit, although I tend to like "mom" jeans that are either straight-legged or a little tapered, and NOT flared (sorry, I lived through the 70s.... they say if you wore it the first time around, you shouldn't do it again! LOL!)

I agree that these jeans are the best thing ever. I bought a pair from JCPenny and I always get compliments when I wear them. Its good for the ole' self esteem!
