My wifes car tends to get some "mysterious" scratches once in awhile. On a black car likes hers it sticks out like a soar thumb. You know those trips to Target or Walmart, end up giving you more than you want! Grocery carts, doors from other cars, or just general scratching that happens when you rub against your car.
I didn't want to spend 50-100 to pay someone to buff out the scratches even though it may take them like 5 minutes and it would look professional. I grabbed some NuFinish Scract Doctor from my local Ace Hardware. The claim was that it removes Surface scratches, swirl marks and haze.
All you do is apply it to the spot, let it dry for a little then buff it off with a clean rag. I have verying success with this stuff. On my white car it worked great. On my wifes, no so great. It removed some of the scratched but the deeper ones still didn't look like the final finish. The product worked pretty good and I would probably purchase again If I needed to.
This sounds like something you'll use alot.
Ditto on what Chai said!! Your wife sounds like me too!!!!!
I have some scratches that mysteriously appeared when my car was parked at the airport. This sounds like a great product to try to get rid of them.
Wow ..sounds like gifting one to my hubby .He's just crazy about his cars .(I call them his first wife )he would love that.thanks for the information
I'll look for this. Any improvemnt helps when you get a "mysterious scratch."
I've seen this stuff advertised and wondered how well it worked.
nice reivew - it's always hard to tell how well this stuff will actually work
I saw this commercial also and was truly surprised. However, they always make their products seem fulproof. So I was a bit leary of buyin this product. I have a black truck that has a few scratches that mysteriously appeared after leavin the mall and so forth. Thanx for the honesty. I will try it for this low price-can't hurt of course.
Great review on a product everyone needs!
Wow I can't believe this actually works. Great review, thanks!
