Believe it or Not!
While on vacation this last weekend, my husband, sister & I visited Ripley's Believe it or not Museum in Panama City Beach, FL. The exterior of this building is awesome. It looks like a giant ship that has run aground. Inside there are 2 different floors full of all kinds of wierd, odd & cool exhibits.There are stairways that take you to each section of exhibits and signs that lead the way, but if you are in a wheelchair like my husband, there are elevators that take you to each floor so that you dont' have to miss a thing.
One of the fun exhibits was a video in front of a mirror. The video told about how few people in the world could do tricks like twisting your tongue upside down or rolling your tongue. So as you watched the video, you could try it out and watch yourself in the mirror. What you don't know until later as you come around to another part of the exhibit is that as you are playing with your tongue in the mirror, it is actually 2-way and the people on the other side can watch you make a fool of yourself.
Another exhibit at this museum is a 4-D moving theater which was pretty fun, but just a little cheezy. The gift shop is okay, nothing spectacular, but overall, this was a fun museum to check out while your in town.
