We recieved baby Tad for Christmas. It is a soft huggable stuffed frog. It has a day and night feature.
The day feature allows the child to play interactive games with the toy. The child touches one of several buttons on Tads belly and the doll will say things like, "Thats the yellow triangle" Honestly my daughter loves the flashing lightsand hopefully she will come to appreciate the yellow triangle someday, but it is a little over her ten month old head right now.
What she does like is the nighttime feature. On Tads hand their is a nighttime button. You press the button up to six times and you will hear "six minutes of music." the doll plays music and the lights on his belly flash. We have been using this to put our child down for naps and to put her to bed for the night for the past month and it works like a charm!

This is something my son would love! Thanks for the information.
Sounds like a great toy to have. If my grandson was younger I would buy it for him.
He's so cute, don't ya just love leap frog items?
I never noticed LeapFrog until my kids were too old for these typs of toys :( thats ok..there is always grandkids ;)
Sounds like a fun toy! I will have to look into this for my six month old. Babies love toys that talk to and sing to them. The nighttime feature also sounds like a major plus!
What a cute thing! I am learning to really love Leapfrog stuff! Thanks for sharing your experience with this.. it is something I'll have to check into for my little ones!
sounds like something I could get my niece
It looks adorable from the picture. I like that you can make it day time or night time. All they had when I was young was the glowworm...ha ha I will have to tell my friends about it.
My daughter got one of these for her 1st birthday and has enjoyed it. She still likes to listen to the songs and dance around. I like the educational part with the shapes and colors. Great toy.
This looks so cuddly! You can't go wrong with LeapFrog products!!!
There's a baby Tad at our house too.... He's in my son's closet but I need to pull it out for my daughter--I know she'd love it now!
Think we have just the stuffed version, but my daughter loves it.
Cute little huggable frog. And even if some of it seem too advanced right now, sounds like your daughter loves it anyway.
We have an older version of Baby Tad and both of my children loved it! This is a great teaching tool too.
What a wonderful, and educational toy! Things these days are so much better for raising children!
