Avital Remote Starter

I purchased this Avital Remote Car Starter system at my local Add On Accessory Outlet. I have enjoyed this system because I work late nights and come home around 2am and on those cold winter nights its very nice to start my vehicle from inside my office and wait about 10 minutes for my truck to warm up. My office is easily 200 ft away from my truck in the parking lot and it goes through concrete and sheet rock walls and sucessfully starts everytime. This model comes with the ability to control your power locks but my truck does not have power locks so it does not apply to me. I simply use the starter feature and the ability to turn on my parking lights if needed. When this was installed Add on did have to put in a bypass for the fuel system because chevy trucks have security feature. I have been very happy with this product. and It's under a lifetime warranty.

  1. Everytime that I hear about these, I love the idea! I live in Florida, so I don't need it as much as some, but I think it is so neat. (In the back of mind, I would be afraid that my car would roll away without me in it, but I guess as long as it's in park, there's no real chance of that.) LOL!
