One a Day vitamins- all day energy

I first bought these daily vitamins as part of a new weight loss program. In the past, vitamins have tended to make me feel sick and I would stop taking them. These vitamins have never made me feel sick. They are formulated for all day energy and they certainly live up to their label. I was very surprised at how alert and energized i felt after just the first day! i usually take these vitamins in the morning with my breakfast. However, if i know i am going to be out late that night i will take my vitamin with lunch and have noticed that it gives me a little boost to keep me from feeling lethargic. Overall, i have recommended these vitamins to many of my friends who are looking for a multi vitamin that they can feel good about taking every day.
