Bills Payment by Maybank
I have a checking account with Maybank and I maintain an ATM account with another bank. When it comes to pay my credit card bills, I withdraw money from Maybankm deposit it in the other bank, and they pay my bills. It is a tedious set up.
Then I learned that all along, I can pay my bills through Maybank's ATM. I just had to know how to navigate through it.
Maybank carries a wide array of bills payment services, which is the reason why there was so many things to read on the ATM screen on the first place. But when I found out how to do it, it was really actually a breeze. And there is no problem with posting and everything, as they are online and up-to-date, so my payments are credited within the same day.
Truly I can say that Maybank is good bank, especially in terms of service. I have a checking, ATM, and passbook account rolled into one and now I get to pay my credit card bills through them. Nice!

I forgot to mention the last time that if your accounts payable is with a national bank, the payment made with Maybank will be posted in 3 days. So for example, if my HSBC credit card is due today, I have to pay the amount 3 days earlier so that the payment will be credited on the due date. Sometimes I have lapses but I just call HSBC and they just waive any penalties.
