A Relaxing Read with Style and Personality

This fashion and beauty magazine is an entertaining read packed with numerous sections in clear-cut, nicely featured layouts. 

The hip, funky and sophisticated fashion pages highlight the latest trends and styles, from the runways and talented designers, which are available in the stores.

The What's Hot This Month section showcases the newest in makeup, perfumes, jewelry, shoes and handbags.

An article on specialized products each month, eg. organics, introduces innovative creams and lotions which encompass anti-aging and environmentally friendly properties. 

Elle Radar reviews the most recent books, movies and music including their top three choices.  Fascinating, insightful interviews with Canada's rising stars as well as Hollywood performers are more thorough than is customary.

Elle Girl by Tabitha Southey and Elle Guy by Guy Saddy are editorials written from differing perspectives, along the lines of Men are from Mars, Women from Venus, on the popular issues.  Ask Susan, an advice columnist, answers dating and relationship queries.

The Travel Getaways focuses on hotels and spas at several destinations around the world in each issue.  The brief, but impressive descriptions and outstanding photos make you want to book a ticket.

The magazine is rounded out with small health and horoscope columns and an online shopping guide.

This light, fun magazine came to my attention through an introductory offer by post which I usually ignore.  The first six months free sold me.  I enjoyed it so much I opted for the phenomenal subscription deal $12.95 a year for 12 issues.  Since, it's $3.99 an issue on the magazine racks I said, Wow, I'll take it.

I still smile when I find this magazine in my mailbox, a great find I love to curl up with after a tiring day.
