OMG it's my BFFL!
We have had TMobile as our cell phone service provider for four years now, and I just love them! In fact, we recently did away with our home phone and are just using our cellphones now, we are so happy with their service.
My family has the Family Time Basic plan, which costs $59.99 per month for 700 minutes, with unlimited nights and weekends. Also, calling each other's phones does not count against our minutes, which works perfectly for us since we mainly talk to each other anyway! Each additional line is extra.
However, a couple of years ago, my teenager discovered texting. I'm pretty sure we had to call 911 when I opened the first cellphone bill after that! (LOL Not really, but you get the idea.) So, I hopped online and discovered TMobile's Unlimited Messages for Families plan, for only an extra $9.99 a month. Now, when you figure my daughter's incoming text messages alone number in the 10,000 range, it is absolutely worth it!!! (Her total texts a month- 20,000 * $.10 = $2000!) It helps save on the minutes we use as well.
TMobile's convenience is great- we pay our bill every month online, we do all our upgrades online, we can make any changes we want online. I love the downloadable ringtones and wallpapers as well! Also, their customer service is top-notch. Any time we've had an issue with a new phone or a mistake on the bill, it was fixed quickly and with a very friendly and helpful attitude.
My only issue is the reception- we tend to hit a bunch of "dead zones" right near my house. However, we are right on the coast, and it seems to be right when we're on the water that this happens, so I don't know if that is a factor or not.
I highly recommend Tmobile to anyone, but most especially to families with teens- I have a freind who pays nearly twice what we do for a similar service!

This does sound like a good plan for families with teens!
yay - I love tmobile too.. I have the family plan, it's a good deal. My mom doesn't love it as much though (the reception isn't 100%)
