I love to garden, I love being outside and I really love my bird houses and bird feeders, so everyone in my family knows I am easy to shop for, this book was something, however I treated myself to . ;)
This book literally has over 2,168 natural solutions for perfect grass, brighter bulbs, taller trees and more! It walks you through solving common, and some not so common issues in your yard or garden areas from bugs to diseases. Most of the time the" cure" is a simple thing like soapy water, beer and ammonia, so no more expensive and harmful chemicals to be bought.
Jerry Baker has written over 40 books and has his own gardening specials on PBS, this guys knows his business. You can also check out his website at : www.jerrybaker.com .
In my opinion this is another one of those must have books.

I can certainly use this book...my Jack Russel sometimes burns the grass...figured out that using sugar and water will restore it and changing her diet works too :) Will definitely look this book up, thanks for the great info.
