Photo Message Board

Every home needs a place for important reminders and messages.  This is ours.

I bought this message board at Giant Tiger, simply because I couldn't resist it!  It's really cute, and the black frame matched our decor nicely.  Plus, it gave me another place to show off photos of my husband's little step-siblings.  What's not to like?

This is a pretty good board for the price.  Obviously, it is not the highest quality, and will wear out eventually, but it looks cute and does what I want it to do, so I'm happy.  The board is lightweight, and the back opens up with little metal tabs, just like any other picture frame.  The cork board works great, and is not too stiff.  It's also not so soft that little pieces break off from the push-pins.  It does, however, start to look scarred if you pin something in the exact same spot over and over again. 

This board hangs in our kitchen above the telephone table.  It's perfect for displaying invitations and reminders and my notes from the last phone call.  I like it so much that I'm thining about buying two more for the office...  One for above my desk, and another for above my husband's.   For $9.99, why not?
