Wipe This Way

My biggest pet peeve in the household is the cleanliness of the bathrooms, most noticeably the toilets. I live in a house of men and getting them to put the toliet set up and down is a challange in and of itself, but when they continued to leave it up and I got to glimpse where they'd relieved themselves (more miss than hit, particularly with my 8 year old) I knew it was time to do something. 

I purchased the Clorox Disinfecting wipes and instilled rule #1 in the house (You do not leave the bathroom without wiping down the inner and under ring of the toliet. 

Without the clorox disinfecting wipes this would have been a hard sell for my germ a phobe hubby, but thankfully even he sees the beauty in a wipe that kills the flu virus - that's right, according to it's label it is effective in killing the flu virus. For a little boy who hates throwing up that was a huge selling point.

All I do is place a container of the wipes in every bathroom and they do the rest. It also makes the weekly maintenance of the bathrooms a much easier and less gaggable chore. 

The wipes come in a convenient pop top container, so all they do is wipe and throw it away. The wipes also have different scents. I like the Lemon scented myself, but there is also Lavender and unscented to choose from. 

I have tried other brands also, but really liked the thickness of the Clorox brand for my household cleaning needs. 

Cleaning is never fun, but making it easier and more of a family shared chore has made it seem like less of a hassle, not to mention my son's future wife is going to love me for training him to do this and put down the seat.
