I can still remember being a little girl, with long hair, and crying when my mom would try and get the tangles out. It was miserable. I still have fairly long hair (just below the shoulders), and I still hate tangles. But I found a wonderful product for dealing with them. It's Pantene Pro-V Detangling Light Conditioning Mist. It comes in a spray bottle, and it does not need to be rinsed out. You can use it on dry or wet hair, and then comb through gently. It can also be used on hair that is chemically or color treated.
The fragrance is wonderful. It really freshens your hair at the end of the day. Another thing I love about it, is that it doesn't cause your hair to go limp. It conditions lightly, as advertised, and does not make your hair feel weighed down.
It's also great on wigs. I sometimes wear wigs for convenience, thinning hair, and fashion, and longer wigs always get matted at the nape. It is a well known problem among wig wearers. Someone on the Wig Support forum, that I'm a member of, suggested that we try the Pantene Spray, and now none of us would ever be without it. It does miracles!
It's truly a great product to have around, for detangling, conditioning, and freshening your hair.

When my girls were young I used this on their hair every wash, they loved it and so did I because it was such a painless effort to untangle their long hair. I used it when my hair was down to my waist and the scent was always super. Thanks for the info
