My husband and I have Allstate Insurance. As an Allstate member they provide us with roadside assistance. Last Weds at about 4:30am we had to call them because we couldn't get our car to start. All it would do is click as the key would turn in the ignition.
We immediatly got on the phone to our roadside assitance, Pop - A - Lock. Within the hour they sent someone out who was very nice and helpful. He used his battery charger to jump the car. When that didn't help he got out the old fashion cables and was able to jump the car at that time.
While waiting to make sure our car would stay charged, he stood there and talked to us. He was very patient and didn't seem like he was in a hurry. He even gave my husband an idea of where he could go to apply for the company.
Overall, I was extremly happy with them. The customer service people were very nice as well. They were able to calm me down (yes I paniced over a dead battery), and after placing me on hold gave me a very accurate read out of when someone would be there to help.

Our insurance covers us for Road side as well, so far we've not had to use them - a very handy thing to have included. Glad you had a good experience. Thanks for the info - unique name for the Company Pop-A-Lock, guess I know what they do a lot of :) I locked my keys in my car twice in one day, that was interesting and I could have used these guys! :)
The customer service means a lot when it is about some service products. As you said the customer care executives or customer service people were good, that is enough to please someone to go with their insurance policy.......
