The Uniden cordless phone DCT648-3 is a 2.4 GHz cordless phone that we use in our home. It came with three receivers, each with their own charging base to keep them charged and ready to go. The individual phones are great, and my favorite feature is the phonebook feature. I really like this because, similar to a cellular phone, you can get all of your contacts right on the phone. It makes deciding and finding out who called and who to call next alot easier. I also find that the fact that the units charge on any bases to be convenient when I left one upstairs and one downstairs, this makes not chasing a phone around the house easier. The screen lights up orange, and unfortunately it attracts the little hands in the room. The caller ID feature is nice also, big, bright colors and enjoyable to use.
