Medieval 2 Total War
The Creative Assembly guys have did it again! The new Medieval 2 total war sets the bar even higher when it comes to real-time tactical historical games. Medieval 2 has updated graphics, AI, and gameplay allowing for a more immersive experience for the casual gamer. This game has a little something for everybody. If you're a wargamer at heart and prefer to take your time making tactical decisions, by all means pause the game and plan out your strategy. If you think you're a natural-born general and enjoy the adrenaline rush of real-time, desperate warfare, you can do that too!
The campaign mode of this game plays just like history, where wars rage for decades, even centuries, and any would-be emperor can feel the intensity of managing the logistics of a large mass of land. If you're at all interested in history or the thought of fully-armored knights charging against spearmen, this game is for you.
