I Love My Show Time E.T.
Meet my little buddy E.T. the Extra Terrestrial! This stuffed E.T. doll has been with me for a long time. This is a Show Time Kamar International Inc. stuffed toy from 1982. He is Vintage since he is over 20 years old--I can't believe I've had him for so long.
I was reminded of my old friend when E.T. came on television a few months ago. He's been boxed up in storage the past few years for protection. My little one enjoyed the movie so much I decided to pull E.T. out and give him to her. After all what is a stuffed animal if it is not loved?
My E.T. has held up exceptionally well. For years I had him displayed, he's survived several moves, and he still looks pretty good after being stored.
I think Show Time did a good job on E.T. I like the fact he is weighted so even though he is crooked, he stands on his own. The materials used must have been excellent quality because he is still very soft and hardly matted.
Out of curiosity I looked him up to see what he's going for. I found bids on eBay for any where between .99 cents and $15.00. Of course I'd never sell, my treasured friend E.T. is home here.
