When Qwest recently started to outsource their phone service toVerizon, we had to look at getting new phones because Qwest no longer would support our old phones.
I love getting new phones. It is one of the most exciting things because I get to learn how to operate some new electronic device.
When we had the opportunity to chose what phone we wanted, we immediatly went online to Verizon's website and saw the Blackberry Pearl. We liked the layout and the features. When we spoke with Verizon, they offered them to us for free.
We signed up with Veizon and ordered the Pearls. We received them within 3 days. When we got them in the mail, we called up the number that they gave us and activated them within 10 minutes. The service by far is the best we have ever had. I have had their service for abot a month now and unlike the other service provider I have yet to have a dropped call. I also get all of my textes and the internet when loaded is clear and update. I even have virtual map on my cell phone to help me get around the valley and not get lost.

There are only two things bout this phone that I dont like. The first being that when you text, surf the web, or anything has to do with using the keyboard, it is very hard because it doesn;t generate the letters and sometimes word that you want to text. The second is that I can't download music or videos without having a memory card for the phone. If I keep too much in storage then I can't receive texts and the phone becomes very slow.
Besides those two things, I love this phone. This is by far the best phone I have gotten.
