Little Miss Sunshine
I know this was a huge hit, I bought it because of this and all the attention it was getting, I couldn't wait tto watch it. Well, I can't seem to get past the first 30 minutes of this film, it's so boring. It's cliched, predictable and well the acting is so ham-handed. I can't imagine why people raved over this film. I sort of feel like Elaine from the Seinfield episode where she stated she hated the movie "the English Patient" and everyone thought she was nuts.
I've tried several times to make it to the end but the story just doesn't grab eme at all; I end up wandering away from the tv or talking on the phone. This is one movie that I wish I had gone to the theater to see, perhaps that's the problem with itl the story just doesn't translate well to the small screen.
I can't recommend anyone buying it, it's a rental film.

The Big Tease on DVD
Sorry you didn't like this movie. I thought it was really funny, but it is probably one of those movies that's not for everyone. It does start a little slow, but it gets much better and the end is hysterical. I do know what you mean about feeling like Elaine. There have been several movies that make me feel like that too. :-)
