Heavy casual jacket at good price
It was a retail $80 jacket on sale for 30 and I had a $10 coupon if I used my sears card to purchase aperal and accessory items over a few week period. It is wind resistent, water repellent, and has a thoughtful and modern touch is a interior cellphone/PDA pocket. It come in 4 differnt fairly nuteral colors I chose black for praticallity.
I had looked at a number of jackets at Sears for weekend casual winter wear in a moderate climate and this was the best value in my opinion. It has 4 extertior and 2 interior pockets along with Jippers and appropriate buttons. It has conservative styling and good materials, workmanship, shape, and fit. The sale price at less than half retail and coupon who can complain about the price for this jacket. The materials for the outer shell is 88% Polyester and 12% nylon with a Polyester lining and filling. I could complain it is made in China but most of the jacket I saw were made in China.

Here in Dubai, you barely need light jacket to use it at night during December/January... otherwise... short sleeve shirts will work...
It is hard to find something not made in China! But if you need a heavy coat you have to buy what's available. Sounds like you got an excellent deal for a good coat.
