Mayfair Insurance
When we travelled from India to Switzerland, our company provided a free one month insurance of Mayfair. The day we reached here, my son and I got sick and kept going to hospitals every now and then. We didn't have any insurance card and so we used to carry the printout provided by our company which had the Mayfair id. But then all bills were promptly sent to our home address asking us to settle and claim it back from the insurance company.
We had no choice. We did the pay. With little hope, we forwarded all the bills paid, to the Mayfair insurance company (International SOS Assistance (CZ) s.r.o Andel Park, Karla Englise 3201/6,150 00 Prague, Czech Republic). But to our greater surprise, all our bills got processed within few weeks. The customer service executives are so sweet and great in helping. When I called them to check about bills after posting it, they gave me prompt and conveincing reply. Even they do quick response for emails too.
If you are travelling abroad, especially to Europe, I would suggest Mayfair for your Insurance coverage.
