Progressive Insurance - it's easy to use!

I have been with Progressive Insurance for 4 years now without any problems. We use them for basic insurance as is required in our state. We found them to have the best rates for our area every year so far. I set up our insurance originally on the Internet but have called a few times to the customer service center to ask questions about various things. They have always been very helpful and knowledgeable! We have never had to submit a claim yet but I would expect the same wonderful service. They can EFT your account monthly, you can pay with a credit or debit card or pay all six months up front. All of these options have been tried by us over the years and we haven't had a problem with any of them. They actually send an email reminder to your email to tell you the date they are taking the money from your account. I find that very helpful!
