Kirkland Signature Vitamins- Fish Oil
When I went to my Dr last year, he told me about taking fish oil pills and how they would help my health. When he first told me, I remember looking at him with disgust on my face because I kept thinking about the fish oil.
Being that I was trying to stay healthy, not just for me but for my family, I went out and bought a different kind of fish oil. When I ran out, I figured that it would be a good idea to get some more. It just so happened that one of my friends actually went to Costco and bought some for herself but couldn't take them any longer so she gave them to me.
I like this brand of fish oil because after I consume it, I find that it stays down instead of coming back up and tasting like fish. Yes, I mean when you burp, it doesn't taste like fish. YUCK!
I also like this brand because you get a large supply of 400 instead of the normal 100 or 150 that you would find at a non- where house store. I would recommend these to anyone that is looking for a large supply of fish oil.
