Coleman Portable Chairs Give Your Butt a Rest
When I was younger, I didn't think twice about sitting on the ground. I might take a blanket, but didn't require a chair. Unfortunately, those days are over and my body screams loud and clear if I try to sit on the ground for long. It was time to grow up and use a chair.
The chairs from my youth were hideously ugly and a pain to carry. I held off buying one for years and once I was in the market to buy one, they had these wonderful chairs by Coleman.
The chair I chose is an oversized armchair, size XL. When opened, it measures 22.8" x 36" x 38". The company claims it is 15% larger than standard chairs. It's very comfortable and has lots of room. I love the arms and especially the cup holder. I'm always carrying a bottle of water with me and this is perfect. Back support is great also.
Over the years, I've attended dozens of outdoor concerts where you go early and get in line. This chair has been so great for these events. It folds up quickly and easily to a size of 5.7" x 5.7" x 38". It has a carrying case that it slips into and makes it very easy to carry. Now when I know I will be waiting outside for a long period or just need a chair, I grab my chairs and throw them in the car. It couldn't be easier. Coleman got it right.
