Farmers Insurance
My husband and I have Farmers Insurance for our automobiles. For the most part, we have been pretty well satisfied with them. We pay our premiums every six months, and they give you options to pay monthly and yearly as well.
Farmers also carries other types of insurance, but we just have the auto insurance at this time. My husband had an accident a few years back (he was rearended while stopped) and the claim was processed fairly quickly. We really have no complaints about how the claim was handled. Customer service has always been good, and the girls who work at our local agent's office have always been accommodating and eager to please.
The only problem we have with Farmers is that our premiums keep going up. I've had this same problem with other insurance companies, so it is not limited to just Farmers. But my husband and I had to cut our insurance down to the minimum coverage because of the rising rates (we always had full coverage before), and the premiums are still rising. We may have to look for other insurance if this continues, which would be a shame because other then this, we have had no complaints with Farmers. I guess time will tell.
