Slim Fast Optima Powder

I've been wanting a drink powder for quite some time now, and I finally went to Target the other day to find one.  While searching the aisles, I found this Slim Fast one, and decided to give it a try.  I went home, and decided the next morning this would be my breakfast.  So I followed the instructions on the can and made one serving.

It said to use one cup of milk (90 calories) with one scoop, or 1/3 cup, of the mix (110 calories), coming out to a two hundred calorie drink.  I mixed it up and took a sip.  It was excellent.  I loved the taste, and it was smooth with no chunks at all.  After that day, I even tried my own concoctions, some days using half milk half water to cut down the calories and other times using less milk with the same amount of powder for an even stronger taste.

As for the four-hour appetite suppressant, I'm not too sure.  It kept me full for a while, maybe 2-3 hours, which was at least something.  I don't think I could have it as a meal replacement every day, it's much more of an every other day kind of thing.  Other than that, this was a great choice, full of nutrition and tons of taste.
