A Darker Wizard of Oz Game
I am a Wizard of Oz fan and like playing role playing mystery games. This game was okay at first but becomes mundane after playing a while. The loading time was pretty fast. The graphics are good. But this is a portrayal of the land of Oz that you don't normally see. There are some of your old favorite characters as well as some new characters. The storyline was pretty good. It was just too slow paced for me. The story is about a private investigator named Petra who is approached by Dee Gale to find her missing fiance. Petra takes the job because she needs the money. One thing I was not a huge fan of was the background music- I found it to be annoying. I did like the sarcastic Petra. I did feel that the company that made this film was basically just using the "Oz" franchise for publicity. They could have changed the name of the town and the characters and the game would have been just a basic mystery game. While it was okay, it is one of those games you play once and then move on.
