Love Is...........A Special Birthday Card

I love receiving cards, especially from my family.  They always seem to find the perfect one, whether it's for a birthday, holiday or a special occasion.  I received this birthday card from my daughters and I have been able to keep a part of it with me as a spot to keep my place in the latest book I am reading.

This card came with a tear off bookmark that reminds me of that special day and my daughters who gave it to me.  I like anything with angels and the cover of this card has three of them.  Each has a halo above their head consisting of the word LOVE and each angel holds a heart in their hands so that the card reads: Love is Patient, Love is Kind and Love Never Fails.  Each has a pocket full of hearts on the front of their pastel colored coats.

The inside of the card continues with:  It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, and always perseveres.  Happy Birthday Mom.  

These angels have that simple country look that I like and the colors are soft and inviting.  This card is by Legacy of Faith and the beautiful artwork is by Claire Stoner.

The tear off bookmark is a soft pink in color and has one of the angels pictured with the same wording from the front and inside of the card which is a verse from Corinthians.  I loved receiving this card but it was even more special because of the bookmark that came with it.  Cards eventually get thrown out, this way I get to keep a part of it with me.
