A computer built for all my needs!

Share and Enjoy:

Okay, my parents had to just splurge for my college graduation in march, so when I was asked what I really wanted and I wanted to get away from the desktop that I have currently, so I sent them to Alienware with a slight list of what I wanted in a computer.

And Alienware totally blew me away in that department, in one single laptop, I have the dual core motherboard and processors, two graphics cards, which in my honest opinion, is really sweet in and of itself. I made my husband jealous with envy when it came and he's the computer geek of the household.

I'm more security minded than most folk, since I've had my laptop stolen before, so this laptop has given me a sense of peace about if people are able to get into my computer, since I have to use my fingerprint to log on to "Windows Vista". That is the only drawback is that Vista takes a learning curve to understand and use.

 The Pros:
Very good on graphics and resolution of the graphics.
Doesn't come with a lot of Factory Goodies put on the computer like Compaq and HP does.
Great Security resources on the computer for those who worry about what might happen.
Able to Customize to fit your needs.

The Cons:
Price, you are buying the Alienware brand, so be prepared to spend alot on customization.

Honestly, it is a very good computer for the price tag, it just always be aware that the customization of your computer can make the type of laptop more expensive than other brands.  But in the long run, I am very happy with my new computer and it really didn't take that long for shipping, the most I had to wait for the computer was two weeks, from  the ordering process to the shipping.  And Alienware does have payment plans along with their own line of credit that they offer to people.
