I recently rented a car from Enterprise. When I called Enterprise, I was told about a weekend special that they were having. The man on the phone said I would not be able to use a coupon with the special. My price would be around $250 for the rental and $100 for the deposit. I then decided to call a different location to see what they had to say. The second Enterprise location said I would be able to use my coupon with the special. I was told that they rental would be about $120 and my deposit would be $230. The total would be about the same but I decided to go with the second location. The day of my trip I went to Enterprise to get the rental. After fill out the paper work I was told that I would only get $130 of the deposit back. That didn't sound right to me but it was too late to go to a different company. I thought I would get the full deposit back. The car was nice and clean and ready to go. The only thing was the car was 1/8 full. The man told me to return it the same way. That was not too much of a problem, I was just used to getting a full tank. The day a returned the car I was told that I would only get $77 back. I didn't understand that because my paper work said I would get $130 back. Once I got back home I got out my paper work and called Enterprise. The lady on the phone was nice and listened to what I had to say. She put me on hold so she could look through the contract. When she came back to the phone, I was told that since he didn't attach my coupon I couldn't get the rest of the deposit. She said it was he say she say so they couldn't to anything for me.

Gosh, I would have gone back there and found the guy that helped you and sat in his office til I got at least the coupon price back. Sounds like they do a lot of funny stuff there and I would check elsewhere next time. Thanks for the warning!!!
