I read many reviews saying that the sensitivity of the touchpad was horrible and people were hanging up on calls because of the slider, but I played with it at the store for awhile and thought I would give it a try, afterall I had 30 days to try it out. I really like this phone and after playing with it for a few months discovered quite a few things you can do with the phone. The camera works great and the picture quality is decent, I like that you can add a mini SD memory card in the phone to save all the music and pictures too. The speakerphone is better than what I expected and the ringtone volume is great. I love how easy it is to turn up the ringer volume and the speaker volume with a touch of the side button. I have discovered that there is hardly a reason to open up the slider to make or receive calls, all you need to use is the side buttons to activate the touch pad and make calls from there, so I never have to worry about hanging up on somebody accidentally from the slider. The only time I slide open the phone is when I am texting. The keypad is small, but I have small fingers so texting isn't a problem for me. The one thing I dislike is the battery life, it is horrible, so I bought an extended battery which is better, but still not as long as I am use to. I also bought a clear case to put it in so that I don't scratch it as much, the only problem with that is the back of the case I can't put on due to the bulkier extended battery.
