Mac os x is the best os in the market , cuz for os x viruses are extremely low this mean its hard people who use the operation system to be infected.Have many great programs and features office 2009 for example, quick time ,safari ,expore and many this os is also good at servers not good like linux but its bettern than windows server 2003 in some ways. If u compare this with vista os x win first price is cheaper than vista and second have many features and improvements and the most important thing its more safety and secure than vista .Os x also have time machine really good back up system better than vista and have unix kernel so its one of the most secure os in the market .Dont hestitate just buy this or wait for snow leoapard next major os of apple! i agree with you. mac osx takes its own place in the os market right next to microsoft. Its unique, beautiful, and innovative but it needs time to really compete with microsoft.
