The right shoes for water fitness

I've been doing water aerobics for several years, and I've used a variety of shoes. I started out with regular water shoes that you'd wear to the beach. While these protected my feet from the rough floor of the pool, they did nothing for my workout. If you are going to be serious about water aerobics, you are going to need some good shoes.

Speedo water aerobics shoes look and feel like sneakers. They are sturdy and solid. They take a low impact exercise program and make it nearly zero impact! They have made my workout better by making me more comfortable in the water and by giving me an extra lift so that I can put more energy into my exercise.

My shoes were recommended by my water aerobics instructor, and she was right on target. I have had mine for more than a year, and they are still holding together and working wel. I would recommend these shoes to anyone who does water aerobics from the beginner to the experienced. They are worth the price and make a huge difference.
