Sink Reflections by Marla Cilley
The complete title of Marla Cilley's book is "Sink Reflections: Overwhelmed? Disorganized? Living in Chaos? The FlyLady's Simple FLYing Lessons Will Show You How to Get Your Home and Your Life in Order--and It All Starts with Shining Your Sink!" Marla is famous throughout the Web as "The Flylady", complete with her own web site. Most of the information in this book has been made available to members of her mailing list, but it is handy to have it al in book form.
Her mission is to make housework more fun and to have an organized life at the same time. She starts you off with "baby steps", one of the first being to lay out your clothes the night before, arise every morning, get dressed, shoes included, and then make sure your kitchen sink is cleared, clean and shiny. Once you are in the habit of doing this, you can move on to other routines, such as decluttering your house for only 15 minutes each day. That doesn't dound like much time, but it's ammazing how much can be accomplished in 15 minutes!
You continue to add other simple daily routines as you are comfortable with them, until you are living in a clutter-free existance. It's easier than you think to change your daily habits. This book can change your life!
