Head and Shoulders - Menthol

Head and Shoulders by Proctor and Gamble company is very good hair care shampoo product. But Head and Shoulders are a bit powerful shampoo. It effectively reduces dandruff but there are also side effects. I used it for two years and because of it my hair lost shinyness. It looks quite pale now and also there is small amount of hair fall. So I switched to Pantene. Pantene is less powerful and I feel better with it. There different flavors in Head and Shoulders. I particularly like Menthol. Because it revitalises the mood. That fatigue factor will be away and it acts as mood refreshner. I think we should use Head and Shoulders only a small amount while bathing. If we use it more there will be more side effects and leads to hair problems. For better results we should use shampoo and coconut oil alternatively. If we use shampoo daily then prepare yourself for abnormal results such loss in shinyness and hair become thin and much more. So if we Head and Shoulders as per the advised limit then it will good for you and your hair. If not, face the consequences.
