Yoga for Non-Yogis
This is a great yoga video. It is for larger sized women or for women who might not be especially flexible or for women who don't want to stress themselves, just relax.
I find this video so relaxing. The poses are easy for everyone. If you are more advanced you can always breath further into the pose for a more intese sensation.
I like a video that really helps you breath and focus and get into the poses. The poses are typically ones you would find in any beginning yoga class or video. They are not held for very long, but long enough to feel good.
The instructor, Megan Garcia, is engaging and friendly. I like the calm way she speaks, and I like that she moves at a nice speed for relaxation.
My only complaint about this DVD is that it's the only one they've made. I would love to have some more Yoga Just My Size DVDs for my workout video collection.
Anyoen can use this DVD, from the beginer to the experienced. You will feel stronger and more relaxed.
