Extra Nutrients from Fruit2O Essentials
I have been trying out several different brand of vitamin waters the past several weeks as a way to get some extra nutrients. I came across the Fruit2O Essentials last week, and they are the best I have tried yet.
Unlike the other vitamin waters I've tried, Fruit2o Essentials contains no sugar, juices, or caffeine and has zero calories. It also has two servings of fruit per bottle. I normally do not like flavored waters like this, but this stuff is pretty good.
I've only tried three flavors, but there are apparently several others according to their website. Each flavor has its own set of vitamins with different percentages per flavor for common vitamins as well. This helps in being able to drink several bottles a day without getting too much of any one particular vitamin.
For those who do not necessarily want the vitamins, there is also the normal Fruit2O which contains no added vitamins, but still tastes just as good.
