Waste of time and money

I was always hesitant to try this product. I picked it up and read the package and immediately scoffed at the instructions of "roll it back and forth and back and forth". Then the televison ads started. I just tuned them out until I heard them say "saves up to 118 sticky roller sheets". Now I love my dog, but keeping him off the sofa is an on going battle. With more and more company these days I can't have my friends and family picking dog hair off their clothes. Normally I would vacuum then sticky roll the sofa. I thought ok I will get the pledge fabric sweeper for pet hair. It should save me money and it's a green product if it is saving all those sticky roller papers. HA! First of all I opened the package and looked at it. It has 2 velvety type 1/2 rollers and on top is a clear veiw of the hair you pick up (or lack their of). Also all these coupons fell out of the box for more pledge fabric sweepers. I thought this was odd then I realised when it's full you throw it away and go buy a new one. Ok already not happy about this. My testing of the product goes on. On the package it even promises to grab the imbedded pet hair. It grabs NOTHING! I tried I sat there for ever rolling back and forth and back and forth and nothing! I even had my fiancee and his friend try to see maybe I was that dumb and wasn't doing it right, but it didn't work for them either. I guess I was just dumb in buying this product. This money wasting, non-biodegradeable plastic product. :(

I think this product works pretty well. Mostly best on my recliner. I think it depends on the fabric.
