TI-83 Plus Calculator
I have used this calculator since I was in high school and its still going strong. I had originally needed it for math class, but I also had found out that I liked this calculator better than a regular calculator. When you first getting used to this calculator, its a bit different. After a while, you should really get used to the calculator.
I love having the big screen where the numbers are bigger than a regular calculator. Many calculator functions can be done on this calculator. You can even do graphing on this calculator.
The battery life is rather good. I can go years without having to get new batteries. That really is based off of how often you use the calculator. It takes 4 double A Batteries. It does have a cover so you can protect it when you take it with you. It just slides right on the top of the calculator. When using the calculator, you can put on the back for easy storage of the cover. I also like when I do make a mistake on inputting numbers and so on, I can go back or delete without erasing everything.
If you are looking for a calculator that is easy to see, check this one out. It is well worth the price as it does last a long time.
