Sony BDP-S350 Blu-ray Disc Player
Share and Enjoy:
I had a PS3 and have been enjoying watching blu-ray on it and i thought about getting myself a new blu-ray player for the living room, so after much searching I came across this little beauty, Sony BDP-S350. Had my Sony BDP-S350 for two months now and I'm very happy. Only once has it restarted during a film, which was annoying, but this was when I first bought it and it hasn't happened since.Great picture quality and all of my family have been impressed with its design, simplicity and depth in picture.Great piece of kit which I'm sure will take over the mantle laid down by the original DVD format. Easy to use, small and slick and extremely easy to download the new Profile 2.0 via Etherne up date, just plug to the net and your away. The menu layout it a lot like the PS3 lay out, so if you already own a PS3 you're laughing. it come with some very Decent and up to date features like. BD-ROM Playback with 1080p Output (Profile 1.1, Upgradeable to 2.0 via Ethernet) ... DVD-Video/R/RW & CD Playback ... JPEG Playback ... 24p True Cinema ... Cinema Tuned Picture Modes ... 7.1ch Audio Bitstream out via HDMI ... BRAVIA Sync ... AVCHD Playback & x.v.Colour ... Photo TV HD.

Thanks for a great review. I'm buying my boyfriend a blu-ray player for his birthday and am torn between this model, the newer wireless model or the slim PS3.
