I love the Wii!

I bought a Nintendo Wii recently, and so I just had to have the fitness games that are compatible with the platform. I purchased the Wii Fit, and it is awesome! You can do yoga, strength exercises, balance exercises, and also aerobic. After you accumulate so many points (you get these by doing the exercises), you are able to unlock new exercises. It also tells you your weight, BMI, and lets you chart your progress every day. There are also other fitness games for the Wii as well, such as the one offered by EA Games and the Wii Sports. Even if you think that you are too old for it, I suggest giving it a try. I have seen quite a few elderly people purchase the Wii, and then fall madly in love with it. I can remember having the old school NES as a child, and I am pretty sure that my parents played with it even more than I did. There are also covers that you can buy to put over the Wii Fit board that helps to prevent from slipping all over the place.
