Well, this one was frustrating!

I was able to receive this product free by participating in a Biore promotion in August. This giveaway is actually still going on and ends August 24th, 2009, so you still have time to try to win one. Here is the link with more information on that: click here.

I really like how this product feels. It goes on smooth and leaves my skin looking matte which is the finish I prefer. This cream is geared for people with inbetween skin i.e., too young for wrinkles, but too old for teenage acne. I think I am in their demographic. I still get pimples, but they aren't major. I have a couple really fine lines on my forehead, but nowhere else on my face. I like the idea of preserving my youth for as long as I can. This is from the Skin Preservation Collection, so I'm expecting big things ha! Im really liking how soft it's making my skin feel and how easy it slips on my skin. Some other notables about this SPF: non-comedogenic (Won't clog pores or cause acne, always a plus), oil-free, dermatologist tested and hypoallergenic. This product is lightly fragranced.

I had a BIG problem with the packaging! The bottle has 2 holes and inside, there are two chambers. One side holds the sun protection (White color), the other holds the moisturizer (Green color). The first day I got it, I did exactly what the instructions told me to do: Press down on the pump 7-9 times until both products come out evenly, at the same time. For me, only the moisturizer would come out. Additionally, there was a sticker right on the cap, it says to tap the bottle on a hard surface if you can't get both colors of cream to come out. I did this to no avail, the only color that kept coming out was green (The moisturizer), so I wrote an email to them at their website.

They wrote me back this morning and reiterated what was already on the box, but they gave an additional tip. They said to take off the cap where the two holes are and manually get the SPF side going, by pressing down on the nozzle inside until it starts to dispense lotion. I was able to get it to work this way.. FINALLY!
