Fantasia IC Hair Polisher Styling Gel

On the look out for products that will help to define my curls I purchased Fantasia IC Hair Polisher Styling Gel. The price was great because it was an economy size. For $4.99 I got a 20 oz jar for the price of a 16 oz jar. Note to self, don't always fall for 'economy size' package advertising! Anywhoo, I was intrigued by this gel and wanted to see how it would perform with my hair type.

Fantasia IC Hair Polisher Styling Gel is alcohol free and enriched with aloe. It also has something called 'Sparkle Lites' in it that is supposed to give your hair 'the greatest shine on earth!' and yes, it does deliver on this promise. It also strengthens your hair with their triple protein formula (keratin, silk and wheat proteins) and is safe to use on colour treated hair because it contains sunscreen to help prevent colour from fading. It has great hold and is humidity resistant.This product is not tested on animals. 

So I use this product for wash n' go styling. Basically I wash my hair with my favourite moisturizing conditioner. Scrunch to get rid of the drippies and comb this gel through my hair. It give great hold and shine. This style usually lasts for two days and I don't need to really the gel on the 2nd day, just spritz with water and I'm out the door! This gel is great for wash n' gos, twists, roller sets and sculpting.
