It is real easy to use. It's very user friendly. When it runs out it is very easy to load it up. The print quality on it is great also. You can get a lot of the information for it on their website Dymo.com. Dymo is a really great brand in itself. That is the only brand that my office really uses. It has many different labels that you can buy for it. The prices for the labels are not bad either. We mostly get ours from Staples, but I have seen them sold many other places too. The price for the Label maker isn't bad for what you are getting either. It doesn't take up much room on the desk. Mine just sits right next to my Printer and it doesn't get in the way at all.
