Wanna Be Like Mom But...

I really wanted to try out how traditional hair rollers work (like my mom who is so fond of these), so when I found these I bought them. It was sold at Naughty, a girly stuffs store. These rollers are black-colored, although there are four colors to choose from: black, red, blue and pink. I chose the medium size because I didn’t want my hair to be very curly (if I chose the small size) or wavy (if I chose the large size). The rollers don’t come with the snappers/clippers but they just stick to your hair whenever you use it, and just roll it over to your hair without bothering to clip it (they have some kind of material applied that just can make them stick to you hair). These things are new things for me so I learned from my mother how to use them. The theory is that these will immediately stick to my hair, right? But that’s not what happened. When I try to put these on, they stick all right, but not all the hair could be rolled. So only the slight tips of my hair that could be rolled (probably my hair is so thick, I don’t know). And the rolling result, of course, couldn’t last long. Oh I don’t know why I bought these. They are very horrible... Well, but I still want to use traditional rollers, and definitely I will find the ones with snappers/clippers next time.
