ReliOn Lancing Device

My husband, being a diabetic, has to check his blood sugar frequently throughout the day.  He has a ReliOn Lancing Device which enables him to do his testing.

He tells me that he finds this device to be suitable for his purposes and has had no problems with it.  The ReliOn Lancing Device comes with the device itself, 1 standard cup and 1 clear cup, and 10 Ultra-Thin ReliOn Lancets.  The device has five depth settings, so you can adjust it to whatever setting causes the least discomfort for you.  It is also compatible with most brands of lancets and is approved for alternate site testing.  The ReliOn is also covered by Medicare Part B, but the cost is inexpensive at $7.84.

My husband's ReliOn Lancing Device is small in size and can easily be carried in a purse or pocket, though when he uses it, he is always at home.  It has been very helpful in enabling him to do his testing with the least amount of discomfort, and he has found it to be a reliable little piece of equipment.
