Little People Cars, Trucks, Planes, and Trains
This is part of the Little People franchise. If your children like Little People, they will love this book! This particular one is all about different modes of transportation. Each page has flaps to lift and secrets to uncover, making this a very interactive book.
Each page contains a learning activity as well. There's a page on colors, shapes, counting, professions, and matching. It's a fun way for children to learn that doesn't feel so much like teaching.
You do have to be careful with the flaps. While the book is a board book, the flaps are tearable. So if your children are rough, like my daughter tends to be, it's not too difficult for them to rip off the flaps. My three year old son is fine with it though, so the best age for this book would be three and up. It works well in long car trips for him, as he will take a lot of time to look under every flap.
My recommendation? This would be an excellent addition to any child's library.
