Enterprise Car Rental over the weekend

I have been a Enterprise Car rental customer for almost 3 years. I normally take advantage of their low rates rental over the weekend because of their competitive rates. They have one of the best vehicle range comprising of luxury SUVs and sedans to decent economy and compact cars, which is much much better than National. I have rented Toyota Corolla, Chevrolet Impala, Dodge SXT Caliber, Mazda 6 and Nissan Sentra. The cars operate in good condition and do not give me any mechanical problems during the rental period. One thing to note is that you will be eligible to get a free upgrade if the car class you wanted is out. However, the staff will try to let you select the car you want so that they could charge you instead of giving or offering you a free upgrade. So, be wise and negotiate with them so that you won't get ripped off for something you do not want to pay extra for. Their customer service is great and friendly. Enterprise also readily picks me up and drop me off at scheduled time which is a convenient service for me. The staff is well-trained and remain professional all the time. However, Enterprise rental cars could get a bit dirty sometimes especially at busier locations. They also do not have a rewards program for frequent customers until just recently. Overall, with the great service and competitive rates, there is no reason I would not choose Enterprise.

  2. This company makes it very convenient for you. They pick you up and then take you back to the office. You will be dropped off back at your home/office when the rental period is over. Very nice!

  3. My husband has rented from there before and he liked them too. Great tips! Also its great that they have started a rewards program. Those are a great bonus.
