I tend to use way too many compact CD-RW disks and I really needed something to hold my microsoft office documents without breaking the bank.
When I was at amazon.com I came across the Kingston 4GB flash drive and I thought it would be useful since the price was only $36.99.
When I opened the box and found this cool looking little blue and white flash drive, the kingston is very small and clean looking.
This device requires no setup disk all you have to do is plug it into your USB 2.0 port. I love how fast this little device tranfers files, I moved a 200 MB file in under two minutes which I think is great since is usually takes me about seven to get a file of that size onto my CD-RW disks.
The best thing about USB flash drives is the fact that I can keep my important files with me in my pocket or in my car and they aren't chunky like a CD is.
Overall I think this is a great value if you need quick storage but you don't want to use a chunky CD-RW, these flash drives eliminate the need for a CD Burner.

I have the 2GB one from Kingston. Mine is green! I like how small this one is, and the cap snaps on, unlike some others that only slide.
